This
association is governed by the rules of the Royal
Signals Association (RSA). |

2.
|
Membership
is open to all ranks who served at Langeleben
between 1951 and 1992. |
|
3.
|
The initial
life membership fee is £5:00, this entitles members
to the issue of a membership certificate. Subsequent
subscriptions will be as decided from time to time. |

4.
|
The
Association Committee will consist of a President,
Chairman, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and a
Treasurer. |
|
5.
|
The
committee is responsible for organising the
Reunions. |
|
6.
|
The
Treasurer is responsible for the branch accounts.
Only the Treasurer and Chairman are authorised to
sign cheques on behalf of the association. |

7.
|
The
association accounts are to be audited annually. The
Treasurer is to forward a certified copy of the
audited accounts for the past year, to the General
Secretary of RSA, not later than 15th March each
year. |
|
8.
|
The
Secretary is to forward a fully completed copy
enrolment card to RSA HQ for each new member at the
time of joining and a complete list of all members
annually to be received not later than 15th March
each year. |

9.
|
The annual
reunion shall be considered as the Annual General
Meeting (AGM).
