26th AGM & Reunion - Quorn - 6th to 8th September 2019

Dear Members,

 The 26th Reunion and AGM will be held at Quorn Grange Hotel, Quorn, LE12 8DB (https://www.quorngrangehotel.co.uk), over the period Friday 06th – Sunday 08th September 2019.   This is a new venue for the event this year as our previous hotels (The Link and Burleigh Court) proved to be far too expensive.   The Quorn Grange was recommended to the Committee by one of our local members and we have agreed very favorable rates:

Double & Twin Executive Bedrooms including Breakfast - 75 per room per night.

Single Executive Bedrooms including Breakfast - 60 per room per night.

 

For the social event on the Saturday evening we have arranged a 3 course dinner and entertainment by the Hotsie Totsies (http://thehotsietotsies.blogspot.com), a close-harmony swing trio with a very lively interactive set.   The cost of the evening for the 3 course meal and entertainment will be 35 per head.   To receive these preferential rates all bookings for the Hotel must be made through me by post or the website.  (Some of you may want to make your own accommodation arrangements elsewhere in the area, if so could you please indicate by on the form below.)

 

Please do not send any money with the booking; you will be responsible for your own room account on checkout. The hotel will accept all major credit and debit cards, (MasterCard, Visa, etc.) or of course you can pay in cash.   Payment for the evening function will be collected after the AGM.   A full program Itinerary for the weekend will follow with confirmation of your booking.  For those of you that may want to stay for a longer period the same price per room conditions will apply for the two days either side. It would be preferable if you could respond by email/website booking but if not available, then by post.

 

As in the past we will be holding a raffle during the Saturday evening function to augment branch funds, we ask that members who wish to donate prizes indicate on the form below.

 

Please also indicate if you need any special accommodation requirements or dietary needs.
